Kailani was born weighing 2 pounds 3.7 ounces on April 12, 2022 via emergency c section at 26 weeks 6 days gestational age due to me having Chorioamnionitis. She had the infection also for a couple of days and with the help of antibiotics it went away. She has a small heart murmur that should go away on it’s on own or she may have it forever. She also had 1 blood fusion while being in the NICU for 76 days. She learned so many things like breathing on her own, regulating her body temperature on her own and eating from a bottle on her own. She does very good with her feeds.

She came home on June 27th 2022 when she was 2 months old. She has being doing so well at home. She is now 4 months old about to be 5 months old on September 12th 2022 and weighs 10 pounds 12.5 ounces. We are so blessed that our baby is finally home and growing every day. 💗"
