Parents, we’re so happy you have found us. Our programs are designed by NICU Parents, for NICU Parents. With the help of our first-hand experience partners, volunteers and donors, we are here to help you every step of your NICU journey. We have a level of support for you whether its browsing our blog or requesting a trained Parent Mentor. Below you can find different resources to help you along your journey both in the NICU and beyond.

Virtual Support Groups
Join us in a safe environment to connect and share in a peer-to-peer setting geared to support you in any stage of your journey.
Online Communities & Parent BLog
Our private Facebook groups offer support just for NICU parents. You can also follow us on our social channels to stay up to date on news, info and more.
Parent Mentor Program
Our Project NICU Parent Mentor Program is designed for parents currently in the NICU as our most personal way to connect.

Free Counseling
Project NICU, in partnership with BetterHelp, offers NICU parents and professionals one month of free online counseling, with ongoing discounted support and scholarships available for those in need.
Care Packages
Project NICU provides free care packages to NICU families by request, delivering comfort, encouragement, and hope directly to the bedside.
Bereavement
Project NICU’s Bereavement Program walks alongside families facing the loss of a baby with compassionate support, remembrance bags, and healing spaces, including bereavement groups where parents can connect, grieve, and honor their baby’s story together.
